This X-rated bad boy is how my Saucy mini-brand began. It came from an unexpected place: an amazing Sri Lankan sous-chef helping with my Italian cookbook (NINA Capri).  We used to put this on top of tomato rigatoni after a long day shooting.  Just 4 simple ingredients to create something to put on EVERYTHING.  I have been making this spicy, sensual sauce ever since.  Slather it on pasta, steamed cabbage, fried eggs and salads. Trust me, this oil is HOT!

Comes in a set of two jars. All sauces are made in small batches with fresh ingredients in the UK.
