White Peach Bellini

From Harry’s Bar in Venezia to your casa. Grab some white peaches (or yellow ones).

Ingredients:

4 peaches

1 bottle of Prosecco

Method:

  1. Put a bottle of Prosecco or champagne in the freezer to get extra cold.

  2. Chill some fancy glasses and squash the peaches through a sieve.

  3. Whisk in the bubbles and pour. Make it the consistency that you like. Remember the peaches have to be soft and if they are a little firm, chuck into a blender.
