The soaked oats keep in the fridge for 2 days.Recipe for 2 bowlsIngredients:100g oats270ml almond milk1 tsp chia seeds1 tbsp goji berries1/2 tsp cinnamon powder1 tbsp cashews, toasted2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted2 tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted2 grated applePlace the oats, almond milk, chia, goji and cinnamon into a bowl and mix. Place in the fridge overnight.The next day divide half the oats into a bowl and put the rest back in the fridge for the next day. Add half the cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds and 1 grated apple into the bowl and mix. Serve.
