Tatler: Strawberries & Cream for Wimbledon with Lavazza

I was lucky to go to Wimbledon last week with Lavazza and created a coffee cream pavlova using ground coffee from their new Tierra range. You can of course use instant coffee but the depth in flavour that you get from making your own coffee syrup is incomparable. I particularly loved the new organic coffee!
