Strawberries are in season everywhere so it is the perfect time to be making ice lollies. These are definitely one of your five a day and are so easy as there are only 4 ingredients and one is water.

Phoenix and Ines (nephew and niece) can't get enough of them!!

This is gluten/dairy/free

Makes about 6 lollies

Ingredients:

600g fresh strawberries, stem removed

200ml cold water

Juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon

110ml honey

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined and smooth. Taste to check the flavour. It should taste a little too sweet as when it freezes it looses some of the sugar taste. Pour into ice lolly moulds and leave in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or overnight. To release, place mould under warm water for about 20 seconds and it should release from the mould. If it doesn't come away easily put under water for a few more seconds. Bon!
