      Hi Rebecca,

      Thanks! Glad you like the look of it!
      I just divide the meringue into three separate round balls; one large, one middle sized and one small. The large one is probably on one baking tray with baking paper and the smaller ones on another. These go into the oven for 2 1/2 hours at 110 degrees fan oven and then leave in the oven overnight to dry out completely. Then you carefully layer them on top of each over and load up with whipped cream and mixed berries.
