Breakfast with Lucy Williams

I went to cook some brekkie for London blogger Lucy Williams during London Fashion Week. I made ricotta spelt pancakes with almond honey butter, blueberry compote for the starter, followed by poached eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, slow roasted baby plum tomatoes, roast almond pesto on toasted rye bread and her boyfriend Jamie had eggs on spelt sourdough with garlic chorizo, smokey tomato salsa and crispy kale.
Lucy is talking about her new jewellery collection that she has designed with Missoma and her quick-go-to dinner when she has seconds to cook!
